Recipe:
1/2 cup butter
3/4 cup sugar
1 egg
1 1/4 cups flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt

Topping:
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1. Preheat over to 375F for a non-stick cookie sheet
2. Cream the butter, then add sugar and mix.
3. Sift the flour, salt, and baking powder into the mixture, add egg and mix well.
4. In a separate bowl, mix the sugar and cinnamon for the topping.
5. Shape the dough into walnut size balls and roll in topping mixture.
6. Place about 2 inches apart on an ungreased cookie sheet.
7. Bake for about 8 to 10 minutes.
