I used to be SUCH a big fan of this series. Eventually, as I got older I admit that I haven't continued reading the lastest books. I read the first seven books, but I've been really wanting to finish the series! If I'm not mistaken there's eleven books out now and I believe that a twelfth will be out sometime later this year. While some might say the series is carrying on a bit too long, they are extremely enjoyable reads. I own three of the eleven already out and I hope to someday own them all! The situations that the main character Jacky get's into are just so comical. Of course, I love the pirates in this story as well!

If We Were Having Coffee...

 

I saw another blogger, Ashley, do a post like this and thought it would be fun to do! Sometimes we forget that booktubers and bloggers have lives outside of blogging and reading, and so I thought it would be fun to chit chat over some "coffee" with you guys!

 

Grab your beverage (I actually have tea) and lets getting chattin!

 

If we were having coffee... I'd tell you I'm SO HAPPY that's it's finally Friday. Although this week hasn't been NEARLY as tiring (well, at least as far as school goes) as last week.. it was still a long week.

 

If we were having coffee... I'd tell you how excited I am about my new bookshelf! I've been "needing" a new one for many months. I've been hiding books behind books on my shelf just to make them fit. I knew it would be awhile before Jake could build me another amazing bookshelf like he did last Christmas (plus buying all that wood was expensive) so I just went to Walmart and bought a cheap one! I think it hurt Jake's feeling at first, like maybe he thought I didn't want him to build me one now. I assured him that I will be needing MANY more bookshelves if I'm going to fulfill my dream of having a library in my house. 

 

If we were having coffee... I'd tell you that I had a lot of fun at the Mexican restaurant last night with my friends (and with $1 margaritas) but that I'm a little embarrassed by my obnoxious tweets that I posted.. opps.

 

If we were having coffee... I'd tell you that I wish I could go home and visit my family this weekend, but my homework is overflowing currently. My goal is to knock out quite a bit of it this weekend and maybe I'll get to visit my family next weekend!

 

If we were having coffee... I'd tell you that I've been really wanting to exercise a bit more, but I'm not a huge fan of the gym. Why is it that I don't mind running/jogging/walking outside, but I don't care for treadmills? I love hiking and walking on trails with Jake and Piper (and sometimes with our other friends too). I don't know. There's something about "working out" in nature that I love.
